Terms of Use - The HR Doc Vault
1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account and accessing The HR Doc Vault, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.
2. What's Included
The HR Doc Vault provides access to HR document templates, policies, guides and resources for use in your business. Documents are provided in .docx format and are compatible with Microsoft Word, Google Docs and other word processors.
3. How You Can Use the Documents
You may use the documents for your own business or organisation. You can edit and customise them to suit your needs. However, you may not:
- Resell, share or redistribute the documents to other businesses
- Remove copyright notices from the documents
- Claim the documents as your own work
4. Important: Not Legal Advice
The documents are templates and guides only - they are not legal advice. If you need legal advice about employment law or HR matters, please consult an HR or employment law specialist.
You are responsible for ensuring that any documents you use are suitable for your specific situation and comply with current UK employment law.
5. Keeping Documents Up to Date
Employment law changes regularly. While we work hard to keep our documents current, we cannot guarantee they will always reflect the very latest legal changes.
You are responsible for checking that documents are up to date before using them in your business.
6. Your Access
Your access to The HR Doc Vault has been provided as part of your HR support package. Your account will remain active while your support agreement is current.
If your support agreement ends, your access to The HR Doc Vault may be suspended or terminated.
7. No Refunds
As this is a digital service with immediate access to downloadable documents, we cannot offer refunds once you have accessed or downloaded documents.
If you experience any issues with the documents or service, please contact us at grace@gp-hr.co.uk and we will help resolve the problem.
8. Intellectual Property
All documents in The HR Doc Vault are protected by copyright and belong to Grace Pariser Human Resources. You may use them for your business but may not claim ownership or redistribute them.
9. Our Liability
We work hard to provide accurate and helpful templates, but we cannot guarantee they will be suitable for every situation or that they always reflect the very latest laws.
By using the documents, you accept full responsibility for how you use them. Grace Pariser Human Resources will not be liable for any loss, damage or legal claims arising from your use of the documents.

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Please check back regularly. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
12. UK Law Applies
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
